UPS WISHES DELIVERED
During the peak end-of-year holiday delivery season, negative customer experiences often dominated conversation on social platforms. In response, we launched Wishes Delivered, a campaign designed to balance that sentiment through inspiring, people-first stories about the joy UPS delivers.
I helped evolve the project from a U.S. effort into a global initiative reaching Canada and China, managing everything from commercial production to social strategy. We captured authentic moments of surprise and delight, gifting 30 mini UPS trucks and granting over 125 wishes while donating $500,000 to charity over the five years the campaign ran. Generating 168 million views, it became the most successful social media campaign in UPS history during that time period.
